Council
actually
going
to
start
giving
Neath
a
much
needed
revamp.
As
somebody
who
lives
in
the
town
centre
and
loved
the
buzz
that
Neath
used
to
have.
It
saddens
me
greatly
to
see
Neath
this
run
down.
Lets
hope
that
like
the
Gwyn
Hall,
our
town
centre
will
in
the
not
to
distant
future
start
to
regain
some
of
her
old
buzz
and
atmosphere.
